Health insurance for all living abroad and travellers

3 members of my family, staying much longer now with us in Thailand due to Covid. So, question about their insurance became one of the priority, as travel insurances not reliable and not always able to be extended, but local insurances not able to offer plans available due to age or price issues.
So, by chance I contacted SBC Insurance, via Mr. Danil Verentcov, and received very professional and reasonable advice. I did purchase insurance for all 3, and I can say, that offers we had are very acceptable for the conditions and prices.
Happened that 1 of the family member had to rush to hospital for some treatment, and on that time the treatment received was not the same as purchased by us, and the conditions specified in our insurance plan, BUT, Mr. Danil Verentcov helped a lot and gave lot of his time to cooperate with Insurance company, and I was very pleased that we could get help from. I can point out, that insurance company work and reacted fast, and with understanding, which you can meet very rare in now times, especially some travel insurances, sometimes even locals. But the main thing, that SBC Insurance in the person on Mr. Danil, honestly and dedicative do their job, we have to whom and what to compare!
I really appreciate their help, support and always very reasonable and fair advices, ability to choose the right business partners – as it is effecting us (customers)!
